Tonight at 12:01 am when the countdown is over and the last bit of confetti has fallen, the inevitable litany of resolutions begin. The second inevitable quest, if you’re anything like me, is to find the perfect calendar/planner/journal/post-it-note, ANYTHING, that will make the struggle to keep all those promised resolutions on track. My primary resolution is to get organized and to write more letters. It’s not as exciting as traveling the globe, but it will make my days a lot easier and a lot more fun.
Last year, I introduced you to the perfect calendar for me: NeuYear.
Also last year, Jesse Phillips, the mastermind behind this genius calendar graciously offered to give one away to a lucky reader of this blog. And guess what? His cool factor just went up exponentially because this year, THREE LUCKY READERS will walk away with one of my favorite things!
For 2013, the calendar is offered in two styles and and two print options. You can get an academic or standard calendar and you can get it coated for use with dry-erase markers or uncoated for writing with pen and ink.
The great thing about NeuYear calendars is that they’re organized by week instead of months. Also having the entire year linked together makes for more efficient planning. In businesses or families with multiple team members, this calendar makes it easier to keep everyone on the same page, literally. Once in the thick of the year, life is summed by what must be done this week and what has to be done next week. Having all the weeks laid out in a linear progression just makes sense.
So are you ready to join me it getting organized for the new year?
ENTER TO WIN!
Also, be sure to follow @neuyear for all the latest info on productivity and just because they’re cool.
A huge, huge thank you to Jesse Phillips and NeuYear for their generosity.
The winners will be selected by random draw and announced on January 3, 2013.
Good luck and as my NeuYear friends say, “Let’s punch 2013 in the throat!”
